Btw. the minimum wage for adults is $21.20/hr here. of course our cost of living is high as well.

meh. it doesn't look too bad. I was expecting much higher grass and maybe a dead car on the drive or lawn. BTW those patterned bricks look incredibly naff and tasteless.
