I was riding a Trek Emonda SL6 in a group ride and suffered a crash. A rider in front of me hit the rear wheel of the rider in front of him, he went down and I went over him and completely wiped out....

Check to see that the bolts attaching the brakes...

Check to see that the bolts attaching the brakes to the canti bosses are tight. It's an obvious thing, but sometimes it doesn't get tight enough.
