This was in a box of stuff I bought and I have no use for it sooo….

I don’t know if this NOS. There was a light coat of grease on the bearing races so may have been installed but uncertain....

For me, the biggest challenge would be finding bar wrap, seat, etc to match/compliment the paint. Solid colors wouldn’t be adequate but that’s just my 2 farthings.
