Both are tilted to the leftside of the frame. The left stud is tilted extra. The tilt is away from the rim on the left and towards the rim on the right. Unfortunately no picture.

Looks like a 3 speed as the hub does not have the 3 grooves/stripes. Also 2speed kickback hubs were a coaster brake. My guess it is 2 speeds due to a loose shift cable.

You can replace the seatpost and stem but it will have to be Schwinn again. Seatpost is 13/16" and the stem is 21.1mm
