Pretty pleased that I gained a grand total of 1/2 pound over the last week while I was off the bike. Helped that I was able to get in a couple of runs, but I basically ate whatever I wanted.

I tend to mash, so I intentionally keep my ratio low on my SS/FG bikes to force myself to spin. It's easier on the knees in town and it's good to get comfortable at a higher cadence out on the road....
