They are impressive. On tv, you'll see pros racing with them holding pads up during TdF stages, on knees and elbows. They stay on my kids, who are quite active.

Good luck, heal fast, ride on.

Lately, a big favorite for me is the tubular bandage with non-stick pads and neosporin. I think I like it better than tegaderm in the early days.

When I broke my collar bone, the jagged bone did some nerve damage that made it feel like my forearm had drying wood glue all over it. Kind of crunchy/flaky/sharp feeling. It went away completely.

Hydro-colloid was great for me too, but it does fill up and start to drip. So if you have a lot of pus, you'll need more than a couple pads.

In general, I prefer Tegaderm as soon as pus-production...
