GRX 1x11, shifts into 11 and 10, won't go above 10. Definitely in the shifter since I can move the derailleur to a larger ring but shifter feels mechanically blocked at 10.

Instead of running the cable from top down (counterclockwise) ran it bottom up (clockwise.)
