That's pretty cool with the bottom mounted roller cam. Also it's a large frame, which is desirable. In my local overheated market that's a 500.00 bike, even in that condition.

It's Danish, SCO was and still is a well-known maker in Scandinavia, I believe it stands for Schmidt and Co. I have a similar, Simplex-equipped model, the 'World Champion Cycle' which is a bit newer....
