I notice by an annoying click under load.
Swap out the pedals first since it's easier, if the click doesn't go away, then BB swap.
Usually 10k miles for me...

I wouldn't even consider this frame unless I knew an absolutely top notch welder experienced in Ti (which I don't)

I had recently checked it for chain stretch, and it was still well within limits even though it has thousands of miles on it.

Getting a new chain (2 breaks is enough) and cassette too.
