It was the way the original owner had it, but it seems to fit me fine. My @$$ doesn't hurt or anything, and the height is fine for me.

I don't know what this is EXACTLY, but from what I've learned its a Puch Superleicht. I just got it yesterday so no upgrades yet! Soon to come tho ;)....
