Half the battle is figuring out clothing. Handlebar pogies are now a must have for me (you can put the hand warmers in them too), along with proper winter cycling boots. I am truly less cold biking...

Definitely and it helps a lot if you can find some big enough to get over your boots. Best option I found were just the peel and stick toe warmers.
