What would be more interesting is roadside assistance like AAA/Napa, but then a ride to the nearest bike shop is more practical.

The dropout welds look messy in their own pics. The halfway integrated headset cup in the bottom of the headtube looks wrong, like it's missing the lower bearing cage...

I had a pinched dropout that did that to my wheel, but it was so slight that the skewers covered up the gap completely. I just levered it out with a screwdriver and it's been fine.
