Mech hanger came through the post. Holes are spot on location wise. 5 mins with a file and it fits. Happy days.

Tried that site and numerous others but the correct one isn't on there unfortunately.

Was looking at 10mm aluminium sheet then sanded down to 5mm to creat that part which stops it moving forward....

Has anyone every made their own derailleur hanger or modified one?

Got a Raleigh SP Team frame and can't get a derailleur hanger for love nor money. Can find some that are close...
