I hadn't but just did - on your suggestion. My assumption was that a relatively big company wouldn't be much help on an "old" bike. But you're right - definitely worth asking.

I'm swapping (or hoping to swap) the crank on a 2016 Scott Foil - from Shimano to SRAM. The bike came with a press-fit SM-BB72-41. So I need to swap that for the SRAM equivalent... which I'm having...
