Not to hijack the thread... but Voler and Aero Tech for sure. The bits I have are well made (some Voler jerseys and a pair of AeroTech bibs) but neither seems to offer the wide selection of styles...

You can access Garmin Connect on a PC. It's not an app obviously, but it's a website and I use it for importing routes from Strava, Ride with GPS, etc then transfer to my device.
