I've Been Riding Recumbent Trikes.....

for 6 years now, and I had both my knees replaced back in June of '01. I gear down as far as I can, before going up a hill.....spinning all the way, and have NOT had any problems with my knees.

I have the same pain, once in awhile after riding my trike.....so I do some toe touching, bending over at the waist, after 8 times my back loosens up and I feel better and soon the pain is gone.
