An irregular bike commuters, clydesdale, 12 miles one way. Rode home and it took all. Had, really tired me out. 60-65 degrees.

I am 6'7", 312 lbs, 43 yrs old, barely back on a bicycle after decades off, and i ride a Surly LHT the 11.6 miles one way.
