Figure somewhere around 1200 miles. Not bad since I live in the northeast and got the bike in late September. Pic was taken in mid March.

I'm ~5'11" w/34 inseam. I've got the size 58. Seems like a very good fit for me. For you, I think 58 would be the minimum, with possibly a longer stem if you need it. Or, try a 60 if you can.
