The luganos are the worst tire i've ever ridden. Changing them out was by far biggest store bought speed difference. Also the luganos flat easy and will leave you on the side of the road.

Fusion 3's. After you add weight of tires and sealant it's pretty much a wash vs GP4000s w/tubes, but tubeless rocks. I don't have to worry about flats.

To my knowledge it's just a normal fork w/1-1/8 steerer tube. not sure what would be special about it. There's alot of stuff i would replace before the fork though.
