Get on ebay and search Fuji derailleur hanger. There are only a few options so you will be able to match yours up to one pictured. I had to do it not too long ago for a 2006 Fuji SL1.

Figured out that the crank cutout (indention) on the outside of the crank wasnít wide enough for the crank arm. I did some quick grinding and it works like a charm. Iíll smooth it out and paint it...
