As only they could do in the 1980s Campagnolo advertised rim weights without eyelets. From memory each eyelet was +/- 1.5 grams so 28s, 32s and 36s were successively and incrementally heavier.

Thanks, yeah, when I got the bike it had 700s with tubulars, rode it that way till the first flat, not doing the glue thing, so switched to clinchers. Bike looked better with 27s, so went with that....
