glue on tires problem

never glued on a tire before, i installed the tire, can't move or adjust the tire, white is showing on one side, vittoria tire and glue.

apparently i didn't know once you put it on, it stays on,...

what the difference? which would be best for mountain climbing? Need a rear hub, not sure on spoke count, 28h? thinking about using 23mm wide HED belgium tubular?

so you thread a spoke to the left of the valve hole? then install on the 4th hole to the right of the valve hole? seen one video where it was count to the left?

shimano has a million different hubs and i have no ideal...
