I would guess it’s a 1987 since the tubing appears to be Matrix rather than Cromor.

And that headset looks to be from the 6200 series instead of tricolor.

Any ideas? It’s been repainted obviously and someone hacked the derailleur hanger off. The fork appears to be original but it might not be. BB threading is English and it takes a 27.2mm sestpost....
