Yep. I’m almost 65, slower than many old crumbs I ride with, and my last steady 30 min power number was well over 200 W, recorded during a Zwift TT in March! That’s only a little over 3 W/kg for me....

Well, they're definitely not into my veins and tendons, especially LSS. I am under orders to gain weight and I've been lifting my tiny weights and pounding the whey powder, but to little effect.
