At the end of this morning's 25 mile ride. Legs a little tired today so I let the Biopace cranks work their magic as I carried a decent pace at a slower than nomal cadence.

Ouch, hope the knee is feeling better. Mine are jacked up but it seems as long as I ride pretty much daily they're fine. If I take a few days off they stiffen and start to ache. "Motion is lotion"...

LOL, yep! I took it out Sunday for 20 miles despite the freezing weather. Ran it up over 20 mph for a good part of the ride and it was smooth at speed. Hard to really push it with ice on the roads...

Man I just missed an 87 locally that was listed for $100. I still want to try one of these out even though I don't really need another bike.
