one thing with TP i have learned is the learning curb is a bit steep. this is due to lack of proper instruction and/or how to documents on their site. the ones they do have are difficult to locate....

last Tuesday i was at 181, first time over 180 in 3 years. 2 months of holiday binging did me in. this tuesday @ 178. must continue to control the diet. later.
