The seller doesn't know how to measure frame size. 26" is to the tire size.

At 6' you'll be around 20" frame size, that hardrock is about that size. The head tube is the easiest way to tell.

It has Deore components which were higher end than Exage 400 so technically it is an upgrade. Not sure how the frame quality compares as there is different levels with both Tru Temper and Columbus....

The two I know of that are sold as a gravel tire are the Rene Herse Humptulips...

Shimano skewers here as well. I've used the DT Swiss RWS skewers for awhile, but got tired of ratcheting it around the fork's dropout (took longer). I didn't notice a difference in feel.
