Interesting how they handled the seat tube lugs. Top one is a standard lug with the top tube portion cut out. Lower one is another seat tube lug that’s been flipped and cut away.

I’d jump on that SR500 if it’s in decent shape and fits you. My all time fave Cannondale SR.
