I think in many cases it is best they don't. Labels, decals and finishes can be damaged by ham handed attempts to make the bike present better.

I don't know what the 1k overhaul the seller said these bikes had is, but I don't think it was a $1000 overhaul or else those bars wouldn't be like that.

I don't know if he got it, but he had a Grand Prix listed with a $299 ask that sold. I don't think he will get that lucky with any of these but I will say the way I buy boomers, I may have that much...

I'm always curious about bikes like the Softride a few posts above. It appears there is quite a bit fore and aft adjustment available. But how was saddle height adjusted? Different offset tubes?
