lugged frames on bikesdirect, AWESOME IDEA!!! As far as options go $200 for 725 sounds soooo much more appealing than double that for 853. As for chrome lugs, no thx not worth the cash to me....

If the catalog says you dont get cromo in those certain parts, you are probably outta luck. but hey, look on the bright side, easy parts to replace with way lighter options available! :)

Looks like a great bike. i ride an old 1981 miyata 210 and really enjoy the time in the saddle. keep pedalin and keep that baby in good shape she looks like a keeper.
