My reason in bringing it up is because once something has been repainted you can no longer trust any of the decals necessarily and decals are a quick way of sometimes narrowing production dates down....

The frame appears to already have had some paint...

The frame appears to already have had some paint touchup. Note the weird texture on the paint as well as the blue masking tape which remains on the seat stay top.

Edit: Now that I look closer...
