My only point was that a two runway airport could be very busy. Presumably, the reason they're building this one in the boonies is so the runways can be long. Two big runways could be a "mega"...

My point was that there's no particular definition of a "mega airport" and that LaGuardia generates a lot of traffic with just two runways. I have no idea how long the 2 runways at the new airport...

The Gimli glider not only avoided hitting the kids on bikes, it also didn't hit the drag racers on the runway. The abandoned runway was being used as a drag strip.

BTW, I think the solution here is obvious, just put a bike lane on each of the runways.
