I think you are right, the inclusion of a pump peg, chain holder and seat tube bidon mount all suggest itís from ~Ď87. The serial number is probably just a hangover from the previous years.

Shimano 600 Ultegra ĎTricolorí or even early 105 are usually good bang for buck.
