Is this Schwalbe tire worn out? or is it my corroded spokes? Not for faint-hearted!😁

Yes that tire is worn out and should be replaced....

Yes that tire is worn out and should be replaced. The blue you see is the layer below the tread. Any time you see the layer appear below the outer tread you can be sure your tire is worn out.
