You may want to email Greg Softley at Cyclomondo

Greg Doesn’t have any Super Luxe decals listed on his site but most of the other decals you need are there and he can probably fabricate the Super Luxe decals for a lot less than the quote you got...

May be a 1960s Allegro Super Luxe or similar model

My suspicion is that it is an Allegro Super Luxe or same era (1960s) with a replaced fork. The main body matches the appearance of the Super Luxe but the fork does not.

Those Allegro bikes did...
