They cut spokes pretty clean, the Felco style cutters do tend to cut/break spokes a little cleaner. On fender stays the mini bolt cutter does make a mess that needs cleaning up, still pretty quick...

That is a bullet bros tensioner. Was a kinda silly after market thing that would bolt to most derailleurs. I had one on an ancient 1X conversion and it never really kept the chain on.
