I pump mine before every ride. Both of my road bikes run tubulars with latex tubes, so thereís no other option with them. My gravelish bike gets pumped because Iím already in the habit of doing it.

Youíll probably need a much shorter stem to make drop bars work also. Youíll have an extra 75-100cm reach to the hoods or in the drops if you keep the same stem.
