Katy Trail trip

Anybody want to do the Katy Trail with me this fall? Like Sept 20 to end of Oct.
I need to be home Sept 19, Oct 3,16, 30. The rest is open for me. Probably around 50-60 MPD, camping.

Hmmm! I could see using bull horns, as I ride on the hoods most of the time. Almost never on the drops. With TT brake levers that might work. But I'm not ready to give up brifters.

I agree. I think southern Missouri would be more interesting than the Katy. But should be easy enough to find roads for a detour if you so chose. St. Louis does have some worthwhile things to see.

But of course here that's akin to doing the local MUP a bunch of times. Maybe exactly like that.

I crossed the Alps in a 38-28 when I was 30. Pack light and you should be okay.
