My 1979 Schwinn Paramount tandem has a Phil front...

My 1979 Schwinn Paramount tandem has a Phil front hub that is dished and threaded for a Phil disc brake. It doesn't have the disc brake but it does have a QR axle.

Looks like both are front hubs. The threaded one is for a disc brake.
