So Iím thinking you could lay down a layer of peanut brittle for a harder surface. However it might be little lumpy. Certainly more durable than a layer of ribeyes, though.

I picked up a 25th Anniversary headset locknut and top cone from eBay. Mirror polished compared to the milky polishing on the regular 7700 pieces. Probably will install them over the winter break.
