I Googled a few sources for cheaper $$ brake disc but mainly found sets. Are the front and rear calipers the same? I could use only the front and have a spare to boot but then there is the hub/wheel...

The 440 and 465 I was seeing is on the corrected 26" forks.
I have fully sprung height of 18 1/4" and a sag dimension of 17 3/8" which is 441mm.

Are the mounting posts for the V-brake or canti the same distance from the axle to the post as on the 26" and the 700c forks?

Peugeot PX10

Here's my PX10 I purchased in 73. I'm going to a hybrid for a upright seating.
Wheels and RD were changed before I left the LBS when I purchased it. I bought another crank for a 9/16" pedal change...
