I agree. Part of my divestiture included a Lotus Classique, full Arabesque. It's the bike I most dreaded parting with. The price is fair, the driving is up to you, but I'd do it.

The method that's worked well for me is to screw the outer collar in snug with a wrench. Run the inner spindle in so it loads the tension...
