No tripod, but no flash and I stood real still. The black tape is VERY thin [3M from ebay product] - thinner than electrical tape; the silver on the wheels is much thicker - thicker than duct tape...

The reflection is coming from some 3M tape I picked up from ebay. The tape on the wheels is silver; the tape on the bike is black. Without the flash you cannot tell the tape is there.
