They could but won't. Not enough cyclists to justify the R & D and it would be a low volume seller. That's why you buy a Ford Transit or something similar and customize it to your needs.

I ride 3-4 days per week sometimes 5 between my mountain bike and road bike. I check tire pressures about every 3 weeks. I always carry tools and tube/pump in case of flat.

You don't need it. But front suspension bob robs pedaling efficiency so It's nice to have. A previous bike of mine had it and I used it all the time on sustained climbs and it made a big difference.
