How would you make your front suspension less stiff?

Front suspensions are cheap so it's easier to just to be a new one, but I just want to know how you'd make the spring longer so it absorbs the impact of say riding up on a curb

Shimano SL-TX50-7R trigger shifter indicator spinning freely

I made a video to YouTube. Basically the rear suspension is intact but not working. And it's too easy to peddle, my gears broke and I can't gain the same speed I use to have prior to breaking....

It's too easy to bike in 3 and 7 speed hardest gear it should be harder to peddle but it's crazy easy to peddle it use to be hard to peddle and I'd go pretty fast then out of nowhere it broke and now...

I was tightening it, my Allen screw was just poor quality. It broke and I thought it was the bike that was problem. Had two Allen screws brake on me, right is for right and left is to loose.

Also Chain is stuck between frame and the first gear. It's the 1-2-3 gear. Dumb gear cable ripped on me. It's Shimano. I know it'll unwind more and I have to replace it. :notamused:

:notamused: welp. Definitely my fault. Didn't see the gears at night. Cross chained or whatever, had my right on 5 and left 1. Heard like the chain make this noise. I'm just disappointed.​​​​​​

How do I stop it from rotating, it does it while im riding, it's impossible to ride the bike.
