Spent a few days in Maui, it was awesome - 80-ish degrees and warm tropical water.. tons of snorkeling!

Now I've returned to 55 and rain.. ugh. And rest week is over, time to ride.

Ugh, my v02max test was on a treadmill just running. It tilted and got faster as time went on.

I wonder if I would have done "better" with a bike test but oh well. Not something I'd want to do too...

They do testing at national-level as well as (random) local events.
