I think you may be too far forward on the bike. KOPS is just a starting point, and you can move forward or back of it as you please, but you kind of look like your knees are way in front of the pedal...

Oof. Pulled groins can be rough. I pulled mine when I was in college. I was on crutches for a week. I couldn't put any weight on my leg. When I did, it felt like I was getting kicked in the crotch.

I think this is the Pro/1/2 race - I see one of my teammates, and they skipped the masters field this year. There are a lot of masters in there though.
