Yes it is rather arrogant and decadent. I call this bike the " Billy Idol" 1980's Bling Bike. It is an Italian Exotic for sure and I ride it sparingly so the gold does not get worn off too much......

not many Wizards were made and only a few that exist... less than 20...
This looks like one of the very early ones! Check the serial number on the bottom bracket.
