I used to ride on 38 centimeter bars on my vintage Bianchi. It didn't affect the comfort or handling that much, but I certainly do prefer wider bars. I ride with 42 centimeter bars now.

Either the Open pros or CXP33s should be fine.

That is a fair bit for a used freewheel, but I'm sure that Dura-Ace has a lot of life left and works great. I paid $25 for a 7 speed Suntour freewheel in NEW condition.
