Found a better picture of a 75 Holdsworth frame and I don’t think that’s it. The seat stays wrap around on the Holdsworth and the fork crown is different, so now I’m back to square one..

As stated above they don’t have the ratchet function and the return spring always has them wanting to be fully open, helping to pull the derailleur, and you set the bolt tension to hold it in place.
